Are you interested in what serving through LifeGroup leading? We have an incredible team of people who pour out through connecting and helping others grow in small groups. Below our the characteristics we encourage those interested in leading a LifeGroup to be actively in the process of striving for:

Recognizes the Bible as God's inspired authority for their lives
Modeling Godly character
Agrees with The Waters Church beliefs and practices and supports its leadership
Completed NEXT
Has attended a LifeGroup at The Waters
Has a heart for connecting with and engaging people
Has the time, emotional capacity, and moral discernment to lead a group
Someone who leads a group or team so that as many people as possible are connected, growing in their faith, and serving together.
